After taking a test and seeing the results, you have the option to select "Review Quiz". When reviewing the test items there seems to be some additional text showing up on various questions (when you review them) and I was hoping there is a way to revise or reformat some of that text.
There is two lots of text. Text you inserted on the feedback in the form view which will be on the review layer (if you added no text then there will be no review layer).
Or the answers generated for the review, unfortunately this bit is not user editable.
