Rotate Device LMS

Hi there,

I'm relatively new to Articulate and LMSs in general, so my apologies if I'm missing something very basic here.

I'm using Storyline 360 to create E-learning, exporting as a zipped SCORM file and then uploading to an LMS. 

When the content is viewed on the LMS through Safari on Mac or iPhone, it functions perfectly. I can watch the content either landscape or portrait (as the responsive playback options are selected for both of these modes.)

When viewed on Google Chrome or Internet Explorer on a desktop, it tells me "please rotate device".  If I right-click and select "reload frame" then it functions perfectly. 

My LMS provider believes that it is an issue with a setting in Articulate, rather than with the LMS itself. Could anybody shed any light on what this setting could be? Responsive playback is the first place my mind goes to, but it works perfectly on phones/macs.

Absolutely any help you could offer would be hugely appreciated.

Hi Moj. Thanks for reaching out!

Looking at Steven's case, our team had some trouble reproducing the 'Please rotate device' message on desktop, but we're not going to give up there!

What LMS are you using? Would you also be willing to share your .story for testing? You can send it to our team privately by using this upload link. We'll review it in a test LMS environment and delete the file after!
