My client has 2000 members of staff all working on igel thin client machines. As a result, my initial test Articulate modules are running (which are quite simple in design) very poorly. Every animate element on each page redraws almost line by line!! This really effects the end user experience. Before I present them with the alternatives (simplified content or modules delivered on different machines and infrastructure) I just wanted to ask if anyone has hit this problem and the steps taken to allow the material to run better on the virtual machines.

Hi Simon,
How are you publishing the courses and providing it to the clients to access it? You'll want to ensure their systems match the minimum system requirements here and that you're also having them test it within the intended publish environment.
I haven't seen a lot of other threads about a thin client set up, so hopefully if someone has used similar they'll be able to chime in here.
