Hi, community!
I hope you're having a smooth end of the year.
I'm writing cause I'm having an issue with Storyline and can't figure out how to solve it...I've been dealing with it for hours before posting here.
I've inserted a step-by-step screen recording and changed the size of the story so that the background image fits the screen perfectly. However, every time I preview the whole project, one screen (or sometimes more than one) goes back to its original size. The weird thing is that it sometimes happens with only one screen but when I preview once again, more screens become the original size, and therefore all the hotspots on the screen end up in a random place.
Any ideas of why this is happening?

it's recommended that you publish your output and check it in the intended environment (LMS or web) to test it. You can use Scormcloud (Industry standard LMS) for testing if you can't upload to your own or client's LMS (you'll need to create an account) and you can use the Tempshare (available for 10 days) for web testing.
Let us know how you go once it's published. If you still have issue, you can upload your .story file and someone will surely check it out for you. Just use the grey 'Add Attachment' button at the bottom of the post.
I think this is related to changing the change of the slide after recording the screens, probably not the best thing to do.
