safari hover state

We are in the midst of testing our website with the mods, and have come across a problem, I am not sure what the solution would be.

The site has been tested on my end on all browsers and works properly, however on my partners computer the hover state of items within the mod do not appear to switch from the standard black cursor to the hand. 

It works in Firefox and Chrome, just not Safari.

What would cause this sort of an error and how can I correct it.
