Same video in two courses - it works fine in one published course and it freezes in a second published course

I don't understand why this is happening and I don't know how to fix it.   What do you suggest?

Dale - I sent my file to support.  They heard the sound perfectly.  I knew that would happen.  I think there was some sort of bug in mine.  In any event, I went back to my file from the day before and re-recreated the two slides that were the issue.  Sometimes, it's just what you have to do.  But I also told support that I wanted them to be aware of this issue.  Thanks for asking.
