Saving File Error: The Media is Write Protected

Hi Marc,

I apologize for the issues that you're having.  Have you had issues lately on your machine with sudden freezing or shut downs?  I did a quick Google search for "The media is write protected" and there were several different workarounds.  I'd recommend starting your search there and see if you can find a solution.

I created a txt file and saved it to my local machine - no problem, tried it with a word doc - again, no problem.  Created a 30 second video in Adobe After Effects and rendered it to my desktop - worked fine.

I've only seen this error with storyline.

If you can, include the .story file that you're trying to save assuming that you're able to replicate it on a specific file.
