I've posted my course for my students on the web (using Google Cloud Storage). Most of my students aren't having issues with saving their progress, but a few of them did a lot of work and then when they returned, the project didn't save. Unfortunately, it's a restricted project, and quite large, so they lost a lot of work and progress when this happened. This is my first published project so it's possible I'm missing something really basic.
I appreciate you sharing your file with us 😀 From here, I'd like one of our support engineers to take a look at your project, so I've opened a case on your behalf.
To help out my team, I'd like to gather a couple of clues to add to your case:
Do you know what web browser they are using for learners who say the course starts over from the beginning?
Are learners re-launching the course from the same web browser and computer?
Students are using Chrome/ Chromebooks. They are using the same computers daily. They are launching from a link posted on Google Classroom. The link hasn't changed at all. Most of my students haven't had problems, only about 5 out of my 120 or so students have had their work reset.

Hi there,

I appreciate these extra details, Hannah! My teammate Mark has grabbed your case and will reach out with an update shortly.
