Sorry, but I don't know what to write in google to find out the solution.
I'm very very fresh in this subject, so please be tolerant and be as much accurate at your as as possible.
The scenes window, on the right, is crossed out and I don't know why. I can add new scene and Story View is working fine. but I can't navigate when I'm in the scene tab.

try closing SL and then reopening it. Also, close down all the other apps you may have open and see if that makes a difference.
