For example, I want to change the state of a textbox from "hidden" to "normal" 30 seconds after the user clicks on a hotspot that plays a 30 second audio file.
Based on the example you provided. It is doable if you set specific actions on each trigger related to the elements inside it.
Try to upload any multimedia file you want to use. Afterward, create a hotspot that will trigger the multimedia file to be played once the users click it.
For the Multimedia File Trigger settings, Action: Change state of Object: The object you want to change the state State: Normal
When: Select Media completes Media: the multimedia file
Afterwards, Create the Textbox and change the initial state to Hidden.
Alternatively, if you want to use a specific time to show any objects from the hidden state the When "the timeline reaches" can be used then indicate the time when the object will show on the Time field.
