Score difference

Hi,

one of the user attend the quiz ,

correctly answered 6 questions out of 10.

He thought has score 60%.

but in final certificate page it shows 90% and passed.

The report says he has scored 60%. Please clarify how this difference?

but it has gone on well with all the other users.

Hi there, Venkatesan. I'd love to try to help. Can you attach your .story file so I can see the setup?

It sounds like the results slide isn't displaying the correct score, but the correct score is being sent to the LMS. If I can do some testing on your file, maybe I can find out why. Thanks!
