We have a customer who would like to select more than one option in an assessment question- but also wants different scores/feedback depending on what options (again, multiple) are chosen.
Is this possible? My understanding is that you can only do feedback/scoring by choice on multiple choice, etc...but not multiple selection (Or a freeform recreation thereof).
