I've created a course with 9 questions. Despite getting all of them right, the score is not 100%. I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong. Can you please help.
Hello, I am also having an issue with scoring. I am using Litmos as my LMS. Articulate shows a score for the users, but then Litmos is showing a different score on the dashboard. For example, a student makes a 100% passing grade. The results slide shows 100%, but Litmos records 90% or something different. Any suggestions on what I should look for?
It's odd that your score in Litmos would be different from what you see in your course! You may want to try testing your file in a different environment, such as SCORM Cloud, to see if you get the same result.
Our support team would also be happy to test your file as well and see if something is causing the issue. Feel free to share your file with us!
If a different result shows up in SCORM Cloud, then it may be worth following up with Litmos to see if your reporting options when you publish are correct.

Hello Adithya and welcome to E-Learning Heroes :)
We should be able to help you out with that for sure! Could you attach your .story file when you respond so that we can take a look?
If you cannot share here in the forums, you are certainly welcome to share it with our team privately here.

Thank you, testing now.
