SCORM 1.2 courses not being marked as 'Complete'

Hi experts

I'm implementing SuccessFactors LMS for my customer. They build SCORM 1.2 courses in Articulate. The tragedy is even though the completion criteria is met, the courses are not being marked as 'Complete'.

I had raised an incident with SuccessFactors support team and they seem to be saying the configuration in LMS is perfect and that the communication between SCORM and LMS itself is not even being initiated.

I'm totally clueless here and request your suggestions on this. This will be a massive help to me - thanks in advance :)

Hi Jacinth,

Do you have a test in your course, or are you counting slides?

If you have a test, be sure to set your tracking to track your quiz results slide, and set your tracking to Completed/Incomplete or Passed/Incomplete.

Reporting and Tracking Options Passed/Incomplete

If you don't have a test, Try using one more slide than the total number of slides you need your participants to view, and set your tracking to Completed/Incomplete.

You can also try testing your course in SCORM Cloud.
