SCORM & Storyline 2

Hi,
I am just curious how does SCORM courses published in Storyline 2 works with the LMS.
The LMS I am using allows me to upload the zipped output file, but for some reason, if I fail the quiz the first time it doesn't update the result when passing the quiz the 2nd time.
But if I pass the quiz in first go, then it registers my passing and completion.
My colleagues are using Captivate and have never experienced any problems... but since I started created courses in Storyline 2, I am getting this issue.
Any help?

Hi Zain,
Could your course be considered in review mode after meeting the completion requirement? Completion is normally determined by visiting the results slide not just receiving a set score. You may want to look at using the method here to ensure it's not in review mode.

Thank you for your reply. I am editing the config file and making it to False. But I am not understanding what do you mean by Review mode?

I'm unable to assist in terms of editing the config file, but what I meant was most learning management systems (LMSs) consider a course to be in review mode after the tracking requirement has been met. In review mode, resume data is no longer sent to the LMS, which prevents learners from accidentally changing their course status from complete back to incomplete. So if your course is being placed into this "review" mode, the users second attempt may not be updating the score and therefore marking them as complete.
