If you receive an error when uploading or viewing your SCORM package in your LMS stating that the manifest cannot be found—or if the course simply won’t display—the most likely cause is how the SCORM package was zipped. Please review the following article for more information. It mentions Presenter, but the same should be true for Storyline:
