We have encountered an issue were Storyline Scorm content housed in LearnLive (Third Party Vendor) is alerting LearnLive that they have passed the exam before the user has finished the exam. Therefor they are able to print their certificate and never complete the exam. Has anyone encountered this same issue?
You might want to check what you've set under Tracking options in Storyline when you published the course.
You can track course completion two ways:
Track using number of slides viewed: With this option, your LMS will determine whether a learner has passed or completed your course by monitoring the number of slides the learner has viewed.
Track using quiz result: This option appears if your course includes a quiz result slide. Select this if you want your LMS to track learners' status based on their quiz results. If your course has multiple quizzes, you'll need to pick just one result slide to use for tracking.
Perhaps by adjusting your tracking options you can ensure that the LMS doesn't get a pass communicated to it too early.
