I really hope that you can help me. My e-learning course published in HTML5 for Articulate Mobile Player on iPad does not work properly on our LMS. It works fine on PC but when I run the course on iPad it crashes either if I happen to click twice before content loads properly or it freezes when I come to the quiz at the end of the course. Any ideas on what might be the probem?
You may want to test this through the SCORM Cloud to see if you get the same isssue. This will help determine whether it is file specific or LMS specific.
Thanks Emily! Tested the course on SCORM Cloud and there was no problem there. So I guess it has nothing to do with the LMS. The problem still remain though. The course freezes and the browser window suddenly closes. I have removed most animation, reduced the image and sound quality, shortened timelines and cleaned up old/unused triggers. I sincerely hope that you can help me.
If the course works as expected in the SCORM Cloud, but not your LMS, then I would suggest looking at the information here, or reaching out to the LMS team for further troubleshooting.

Hello again,
I no longer think it is a SCORM nor LMS problem.
I have the same problems if I publish the course in web version and make an ordinary link to it.
Also I forgot to mention that the client cant get any sound eventhough I get sound when I test it on iPad.
Can someone look at the file for me?
Best regards,
Maria
