Scorm file not opening

You mention opening a SCORM file, so I'm curious if you're hoping to open a completed published project or one that you are working on in Storyline?

• If it's a published file, we do recommend uploading and viewing in the environment it was published for vs. viewing locally on your computer.
• If it's a project file that you are no longer able to open, I'd be curious if you're getting an error or if you can open any other files right now.
  • If it's just this file, I would advise to import the file into a new one and proceed.
  • If your software is stalling on all files, you should conduct a repair of your software.
