Hello everyone! When I see the Scorms on mobile devices is cut image. However had saved for mobiles devices but the problem persists. Anyone know why it can be? thanks!
I thought the downside is you mention but my boss showed me a project from another company who can see no drawbacks. I suppose it's a configuration problem. Can you recommend me any tutorials to verify that im doing it correctly?
The tutorial linked above about viewing it on your iPhone would be one I would start with. Additionally there is some community discussion here on the "best" story size for viewing on the iPad. There is some additional Android discussion here, although it's not officially supported some users have found elements that work and you're welcome to submit a feature request for us to support Android.

I'm not sure what mobile devices you're viewing your content on, but I did want to refer you to an article about viewing Storyline on your iPhone, and we're aware of a known issue where the HTML5 content is being cut off if you have installed iOS7 and your viewing it in mobile Safari.
Additionally, we don't currently offer support for Android devices.
