SCORM not recording as completed in LSO

I created an eLearning in Storyline and exported to SCORM 1.2 and published into SAP-LSO under the supervision of our global LSO admin. The Storyline file includes 5 graded questions and a results slide. I tested in SCORM Cloud and everything performed as expected. I received the output screen in SCORM Cloud and I'm concerned that the "Success" status did not update. Is the same error causing SCORM Cloud not to update "Success" also causing LSO to not read the training as completed? And if so, what am I missing in settings that will allow the LMS to register completion?

I'm a new to designing eLearnings, grateful for any help. :)

Good call on testing in SCORM Cloud! When a course works in SCORM Cloud but not in your LMS, this usually means that the issue is specific to the LMS that you're using. We recommend working with the support team of your LMS to see why completion is not being recorded properly there. Additionally, you can also enable the LMS debug logs for your course when it is uploaded to your LSO so you can get a better idea of what's happening in the background the moment learners complete your course.
