I am having an issue with the SCORM file not displaying on the LMS platform we use. I published it as the SCORM 1.2. Using Google Chrome, I uploaded the zip file to media in a learning object but when I try to preview it is just white. When I publish it to Review 360 it works just fine. I tried a different file that I had used on another object to check if it was an LMS issue but that file worked just fine. Can you please help me figure out why this is happening?
You may want to reach out to your LMS provider to see why this specific file isn't playing correctly, as it looks like Piotr was able to test your file successfully in SCORM Cloud (thanks Piotr!)
