I've created a screen capture assessment and have a Review button on the Results page using Storyline 360. When you click the button, it takes you through each step, and shows the your answer and the correct answer, but it has the Incorrect "red banner" at the bottom of all steps, regardless of whether the question was answered correct or incorrect.
You can try to create a customized Review layer instead, since it is not possible to edit the default correct/incorrect feedback bars at the bottom of the slides. You can do that by adding triggers and variables. You can check this tutorial to help you out.
