I have published a module with 3 screen captures and they play internally but not externally with my client - please can you advise how I can fix this problem. Is this to do with the Flash Player.
How have you shared the published output with your client? You'll want to share the published output with them and have it hosted in the intended environment as described here. You'll also want to check that they're using the recommended browsers detailed here.
