I have multiple slides that contain screen records and separate audio clips. When I play them in the design and preview mode, the screen records and audio both play simultaneously. I have published them to the web. However, after I post and share them using a link to the google drive site, the audio does not run for the screen capture slides unless you click the replay button. (The audio does play automatically for the non-screen capture slides.) Is this a glitch or am I doing something wrong? Thanks! Noelle

Good morning, I am having the EXACT same issue in storyline. I have audio that is separate from video for each slide. When I publish, each Parent title will stream audio automatically, however, each Child title under the Parent title has to replay in order for the audio to stream. I don't see the fix here, can you assist?
I'm happy to help here-- sorry that's happening! It looks like in Noelle's case, this was an issue when uploading the file to where it was being accessed from on the web.
To help track down the culprit in your instance, I have a couple questions to start with:
Where are you uploading the published output to when testing it?
Can you share your .story project file here so I can do some testing too? You can add it as an attachment right to a comment in this thread.
