Screen partially cut off at the bottom
Hi there
I have a storyline project with a slide size of 1024 x 670.
Preview works fine, showing the output correctly.
However: When publishing to HTML or SCORM, a small strip is cut off at the bottom, so that only half of the footer items still appear.
Any idea, what might be the cause for this behaviour?
THNX a lot

Hello Reto!
Sorry, you're running into this trouble! I've tested the same on my end using the same slide size, and I don't see the footer disappearing when publishing the project to Web.
You can see a video of my test here.
Our team is happy to sign an NDA to take a look at your project and find the best steps forward. You can upload both the .story file and NDA privately in a support case.

Hello Reto!
Thank you for sharing the screenshots with us! Are you finding this happens when viewing the course in all browsers or a specific browser?
Also, are you viewing the course in an LMS environment or on a web server?

Reto, Leslie, - could you share the solution please?? I'm experiencing the same thing. Bottom is cut off when viewing in browser or LMS.
MODERATORS/STAFF - Would be nice if the forum posted the solutions to these posts so when others experience the issue they can find help. Maybe post and pin it to the top like on other forums. Thanks!
Hi Gregory!
So sorry to hear you've also been affected by this behavior!
I wasn't able to see the solution that solved Reto's issue, but I'd be happy to help troubleshoot with you! Would you be willing to share a copy of the affected .story file for testing on our end? Feel free to upload it here in the discussion or privately through a support case.
In the meantime, if you'd like to connect with Reto directly, you can do so by clicking on his name and selecting the 'Contact Me' button.
Looking forward to hearing from you!
