Hi Cheryl,

First off, are you testing your published content within the intended environment? Testing it locally could cause you to encounter security restrictions. 

Next, what screen readers have you tried? For example I believe JAWS is only supported using the latest version of Internet Explorer (per JAWS requirements) and that you need to start JAWS before opening the course.
