I am new in storyline,i making an interactive movie about how to use hot keyboard and when i recording the screen of ther program the storyline doen't make a slide for every new sceer/click and not even recognize any click i made in hot keyboard
I'm unfamiliar with "hot keyboard" but if you want a new screen for each click or action, you'll need to insert the screen recording as "step by step slides" as described here.
Can you tell us more about what doesn't work? Do the individual clicks not get captured? Does Storyline crash while trying to conduct the import of the screen recording?
I'm sorry if I'm misunderstanding, but it sounds like the clicks are being captured and creating the hint captions as described here?
If it's not working as such, we'll need to know more about what you are seeing and how you're adding the screen recording in. You can share the .story file here with us so that we can take a look.
