Hello, When recording my screen and selecting a particular window (Windows 10), I have to manually adjust the recording area as there is always an empty space on each sides and at the bottom. At first, I thought it was trying to cover the window's drop shadow but I removed it via the Windows settings and the empty space is still there. Am I the only one experiencing this?
Curious if you experience the same issue when working directly on your computer?
Articulate desktop-authoring apps aren't currently supported in virtual or smart card environments. For Storyline, Studio, Replay, and Peek to work properly, you'll need to create a local profile on your computer.
Hi Alyssa, thanks for the answer and follow-up. Unfortunately, company policies keep me from sending the file as it uses a software developped by our company. Maybe I can speak with the developpers over here and see if this is caused by one of our software's setting. Thanks again,

Hello, Simon! A couple of initial thoughts come to mind:
Hi Alyssa, Here are your answers :
I'm currently logged-in via a VPN so I can't access my display settings. I'll have to verify that.
I only have one monitor at the moment.
My version of Storyline is 3.20.16814.0. Pretty sure I'm keeping it up-to-date.
Thank you,
Just verified and my monitor display scale is at 100%.

Hi Leslie,
I encountered the issue while working on my computer,
I only used the VPN this morning to answer Alyssa's question.
Thanks for clarifying that, Simon! In that case, it sounds like you're working on a normal setup, and we wouldn't expect any issues there.
Could you share a sample file that displays the problem? We'd love to take a closer look at this.
