I'm developing a piece of work, which includes a screen recording. I've made my screen recording using storyline, the recording has been set up as a video on a single slide, where it will start automatically, within the slide, but i have added video controls.
I've published the module to LMS; i've loaded it into my LMS and the video doesn't play. The video is 2 minutes 2 seconds long. Does anyone know how i can fix this?

I used your troubleshotting steps and it turned out my moduled worked on SCORM cloud, so now my LMS has been updated so the videos play perfectly.
