I have a scene that is made up of a screen recording scene "Try Me" and some seperate audio files that I put on the pages. It players perfectly during the preview, and as part of previewing the entire presentation. But after publishing, it doesn't play the second page of audio I inserted and and I get a spinning wheel early into the scene apparently showing me that it can't play the next portion of the recording. It never comes out of the "hanging".
Any thoughts on why something works fine in preview but not when published?
It was published for "web" and the files are sitting on the same local computer that I'm trying to play them from. I published at the "auto" quality.
Hi, Barry -- Sorry to hear you are experiencing this issue, but there are a few things we can try first to rule out the causes of some common problems. First, please be sure you are testing your published output in the intended environment, as described here.
If issues persist, please also verify that you are working locally as described here, and you may want to try importing the file into a new file. If you are still having issues, you might want to try to repair Storyline. Also, could you please ensure that you are utilizing the most recent SL2 Update?
And you are welcome to share your file here so that we are able to take a closer look for you, as well.
