I've created a handfull of screen recordings in my brief Storyline career without problem, however, I just recorded two different screen captures that aren't working correctly. When I try to insert the slides, they only work in the video mode. If I try to insert them as a step-by-step Try Mode Steps, it only shows a single screenshot.
I know this is probably a silly question (please forgive me!), but do you have any actions (mouse clicks, etc.) that take place in the recording? If you don't, then it would come out as one single shot.
