I have done a few screen recordings in new storyline projects and when uploaded to my LMS they won't load. The videos load when I preview the course and when I publish it to review 360 but once uploaded to LMS the slides with the screen recordings will not load at all. The DO work when I set the screencasts to load in a browswer window instead of playing within the slide but for my purposes the video needs to load within the slide. Any advice is helpful!
Without knowing more information about your LMS, I would recommend that you try uploading a version of the course to SCORM Cloud and verifying that it plays as expected. If it does, then there is likely some configuration within your LMS that is preventing the recordings from launching in the same window.
You can also test to see if the behavior replicates with other embedded videos, not simply screen recordings, to verify that the issue is with how the LMS is processing the video to display it.
