Hello! Is anyone else having trouble getting their screen recordings to play in any capacity in their LMS? I've tried every kind of SCORM file and they work in review but not once I get them packaged and uploaded to my LMS.
If the behavior you're experiencing is affecting all of your courses containing screen recordings, there's a chance that the issue is with your LMS. As a troubleshooting step, try uploading your courses to a different LMS such as SCORM Cloud to see if you are able to replicate the behavior there. If your courses work in SCORM Cloud, please work with the support team of your LMS so they can take a closer look at why your screen recordings aren't playing properly in their environment.
