I am doing recording of my computer screen (internet explorer to a finance system) and the image quality is very bad (even when I publish at the highest quality). I am using a screen resolution of 1024 x 768 as this at least makes the image larger but the sharpness is still bad and I'm being told I have to use another tool unless I can fix it.
I invite you to check out this thread. It goes through increasing your quality during publish to recording at a comparable size to not allowing scaling to cause issues.
