I"m trying to create a screencast (great session yesterday David!). I have multiple screens (total of 3, 2 plus the laptop), and for some reason, it records way beyond the area I have defined for the recording and into one of the other screens. Plus the area around it and its own controls and red line!
I tried recording on screens #2 and #3 with the same result, attached two screenshots of my attempts.
Hey Maya! Glad you enjoyed David's webinar! I like that one, too. If you haven't already tried the best practices in this article, would you start there? It could definitely be a scaling issue. If that doesn't do the trick, give our support team a shout and we'll take a look with you!
Thank you so much, Elizabeth! It totally did the trick, my screens were indeed scaled to 150%.
Thanks again for the quick response and for sharing your wealth of knowledge! I take some time each week to watch some of your recorded sessions and even though I consider myself somewhat of a "power user" for both Rise and SL, I always learn at least one new thing / hack / that I didn't know before. You guys are awesome!🙏🏽
