scroll bar visible in iPad
Aug 29, 2012
I have an image that goes out of the stage area when placed normally. So i am using a scroll bar in storyline for the learner to scroll and view the image. the scroll bar is visible in PC.
But, in iPad, the scroll bar is not visible. however, I am able to scroll the image up or down if I tap on the image.
I would like to know what I need to do to make the scroll bar visible in iPad.
Is this a setting to do with Storyline or in iPad?

Thanks!
Any resolution on this? I have the same issue. Would it be possible to create a custom scroll bar in place of the one attached to a marker as a workaround?
Hi Leslie! It looks like Ragunathakrishn opened a ticket about this (#00300209 for my reference) and the response was that to accomplish what was needed would mean modifying the published output, which is not supported by Articulate. I have not seen your file nor did you describe your actual issue, so please share if there is any difference, otherwise others in the community may still be able to help you accomplish this though.
has this been resolved
Hi, this has not yet been resolved. The scroll bar works but users have to tap on it to see it. The best bet for now is to put some instruction on the screen. It is not ideal but I have seen other ipad applications work like this so might not be a big deal for most iPad users.
