Scroll Bars Appearing when published to CD

Hi support community,
Hoping you can help. I published a SL2 course to CD so that the classroom participants can download the file to their desktops and take a series of activities on their laptops. All functionality is working, but I'm getting scroll bars on the right side and bottom of the course window. See attachment.
Is there a way to publish without the scroll bars showing when the .exe file is opened?

Change the player's Player Size setting to "Scale player to fill browsers window. That should allow the player to scale to the window size instead of scrolling.
This is located in the Player settings, under the Custom/Other selections.

Yes, by changing the player settings, the course is launching without the scroll bars.
