I have content in a scroll bar serving as thumbnails to play video content in layers. The course I am working on is based on a template and I am trying to add one more thumbnail in the scroll bar that is already made at the bottom of it which will make it longer. How do I add more content to the scroll bar? I have not had success being able to drag it in.
Make sure the scroll panel isn't locked. Place your thumb on the screen outside of the scroll panel. Scroll to the bottom of the scroll. It may help to hit Enter a couple of times inside the panel to give yourself some space. Drag the thumb onto the panel.
It's tricky. be sure you start with the thumb not overlapping any part of the panel, and drag all of into the panel before you drop it. It may take a couple of tries.

I finally got it to work. Thanks, Walt. I guess Storyline is very sensitive/ inconsistent when it comes to this, but your assurance and tips helped!
