I'm facing a problem with my storyline project. When opening my output file with IE or Chrome it work fine, but when I run my output with Firefox the scrollbar is looking different (thinner and with shadows) and doesn't quite fit into the design – for me it seems like Firefox is using their own default scrollbar instead of the storyline one. Moreover I can't use the scrollbars in Firefox anymore.
How to fix this? (Btw. I'm working with storyline 2)
For Storyline 2 content in HTML5, you'll want to stick with using Google Chrome. Firefox is supported for Flash content, but not HTML5. That being said, you'll want to be sure Flash is enabled on Firefox.
We are having similar issues with using drag and drop in Firefox. Could you please let us know if there are any timelines around when HTML5 output will be compatible with Firefox?
Firefox is supported for HTML5 content in Storyline 3 and Storyline 360. If you want to use Firefox with Storyline 2, you'll want to enable Flash to view the Flash output.

Have a look here at all of the supported browsers for Storyline 2.
