Appearance of Scrollbars in Firefox is Different

Greetings,

I have implemented textboxes with scrollbars to handle overflow in my current project(refer to the image below).

However, I have noticed that the appearance of the scrollbar differs in Chrome and Firefox, as shown in images below. While the scrollbar displays seamlessly in Chrome, it appears differently in Firefox.

I would appreciate any insight you may have on why this disparity exists and if there is anything I can do to make the Firefox scrollbar look like the one in Chrome.
