Scrolling Flash Text not showing up

Good morning!
I've created a flash scrolling text section (using Adobe Animate) and have added it to a Storyline 2 project - so learners can see a large amount of text and copy and paste or access web links by clicking.
When I publish the project and view in my browser, the flash text works as it should. However, when the client tries to view the story.html file using a browser, they see everything but the flash text.
I'm hoping that once they move it to SharePoint the flash text will work.
Ironically, this is not the first project I've completed for this client using the scrolling flash text. Not sure why it worked then, but not now. Any suggestions?
