Scrolling Panel - Image Height Limit?

Hi Storyline Brain Trust,

I'm trying to insert long images into a scrolling panel (e.g., 720x4706). Storyline inserts each image at 26%. No problem; I resize to 100%. Unfortunately, what Storyline thinks is 100% is only about 50% of the original size. Making it any bigger warps and blurs the image. The error occurs inside and outside of the scrolling panel.

Do you know of any way to force Storyline to recognize the original size of the large image? Is there an image-size cap in Storyline? I can't figure out how to work around this, or why it is happening.

Any advice is appreciated! ~Jane L.

P.S. This only happens with huge images - anything smaller seems to work/size just fine.

The max image height is 2048 px. See here for info. For images longer than that, you need to "tile" and arrange them, so that they seamlessly fit together.
