I have tried to insert a scrolling panel into my project, but it just shows up as a rectangle with a fine, dotted border. Also, I am unable to type text in the rectangle. Has anyone had a similar experience, ultimately with a positive outcome?
normally you would create the text box first with all the content in it, then add the scrolling panel to the slide and move the text box to the scrolling panel. Make sure the scrolling panel dimensions are smaller than the text box you are dropping into it.
