I have between 8 and 12 clickable thumbnails with 4 showing in my scrolling panels that call their respective enlarged images on the stage. But if I'm scrolled to the lower half in the panel/ images, and click an image, the panel snaps me back to the top, leaving the thumbnail I've just clicked on pushed back down the panel window out of sight.
It looks like Dave built this in a previous version of Storyline. Are you experiencing the same issue where the scrolling panel snaps to the top? If so, which version of Storyline are you using?
Also, I'm happy to take a look at your file! You can share the file with us by using the "add attachment" button in this discussion. Or you can share the file privately with our Support Engineers by using this link.
Hi Team, I'm having the same issue in 360. What I've determined is if a slide layer is displayed the scroll panel remains where it was (as the user isn't actually leaving the scrolling panel). As soon as a user clicks a button that takes them off the primary scroll panel the "place" the user was isn't "remembered" and the scroll is back at the top.
I need the button to remember where it was on the scroll & return to that spot.
I'm a fairly new user to 360 - this may have been built differently but my limited knowledge this is what I came up with. Open to suggestions :)
I reviewed your file and was experiencing the same behavior. I am opening a Support Case on your behalf so our Support Engineers can take a closer look! Please be on the lookout for an email from Articulate Support soon!

Hi Dave!
Would you be able to share your .story file so that we could take a look?
I can / will, but it is 85mb. Can you point me to an FTP site / drop box, etc?
Thanks
Dave
