I have a scrolling panel that shows 200 names. It is working correctly, except that if you scroll all the way to the bottom you see blank space after the last name. Is there any way to prevent this?

Does the space below the text in the scrolling panel only appear in Internet Explorer and Edge? If so, we're awaiting a fix from Microsoft since this is specific to those browsers. More context on this here!
