Search and Find image interaction

I am new to Storyline and had an idea for a search and find game using an image and hotspots. The idea is that in rolling the mouse over an image, you could click to find the object in question. My issue is that when using a hotspot, the mouse will automatically show the "hand" when you hover over the hotspot. How do I prevent that from happening? I don't want to give the answers away. Thanks so much for any help you can give!
