I've created a three slide file, the first of which contains a video from my files that is 244 seconds long. I checked the timeline and it's right on the money. However, when I uploaded to the LMS (dialogEDU), it didn't function right. If I try to skip ahead, it starts at the beginning of the video, even though the seekbar shows me I'm much further in. Has anyone ever encountered this? If yes, can you recommend a remedy? Thanks so much!
It's attached, but essentially, this occurs in many, but not all, of these Scorm files. It plays perfectly in "Review," but not on our platform. Anything you can suggest will be greatly appreciated.

Looks like the reply to Crystal's post may be under a different Articulate ID that's tied to the email in the signature. If you sign in with that email address, does the Edit option appear?

Hi Diane! Is the video set to play automatically in the slide? Do you have any triggers to play the video?
If you can share either a link to your output, or your .story file, I'd love to test and have a closer look!
