Hi, I hope someone can help me please. I have a few slides in Articulate 360, with videos and seekbars added in below each video. When published, the videos play, but I am unable to drag the seekbar or stop the video. I've selected the option for the user to drag the seekbar, but it still does not work. Any suggestions for me to try?
Thanks for reaching out, Kareemah! I'm happy to lend a hand. It sounds like you've enabled the video player controls that appear just beneath the video, correct?
I'm curious--did you publish the file for Articulate Review, Web, or LMS? And where did you host the published content to test it?
Could you send me a link to the published content to test on my end? Thanks!
Sorry so late, but for future readers, try this: go to Player > Menu > Gear icon for settings > and under the dropdown for "Navigation Restrictions - Menu:" try another selection (options are: Free, Restricted, and Locked) Hope that helps.
