I am having trouble with the seeker bar. I have developed a course inside of storyline and have audio that matches images that fade in and out. But now that I have added the seeker bar, if you click in the seeker bar and move it around then select play, it makes the audio out of sync with the animations and at the end my audio gets cut because it being out if sync. Anyone have this issue?
Think you could attach your file here so we could have a look? Or if you'd rather send the file privately, you can upload it on the second page of this link. Thanks!
Was there ever a resolution to this question? I've got the same problem. If the user clicks the seekbar to reposition the playhead while the slide is playing, the audio track continues playing from it's previous position, even though the animations reflect the seekbar's new position.
I don't see where Chad ever submitted a case, but I took a look at another thread and Nick came up with his own workaround, but the case he submitted offered a reminder to remove the trigger to play the audio, and just let it play when the slide starts - as this would allow the audio to be a part of the seekbar element instead of being a stand alone element connected to a trigger.

I would like to but I can't show any of the training because of restrictions. I will try to make an example of this with dummy information.
Thanks,
Chad
Thanks, Chad. We'd also be happy to sign a non-disclosure agreement if you'd like...

Hi Tim,
